Anatomy-physiology-pathology 1

Introduction to the physiology of human body systems and musculoskeletal anatomy following the Western approach. You will learn general concepts regarding the cell, homeostasis, skeletal, articular, and muscular systems, as well as the structural and functional anatomy of the superficial musculature. The most common pathologies of the different systems are being studied; a short research on a pathology of the musculoskeletal system related to massage is also on the agenda of the course.

Course objectives

  • To learn physiology and anatomy common terminology.
