Initiation to polarity

Polarity is the culmination of the professional life of Randolph Stone, who was looking for a comprehensive health system to support the human being in all his dimensions: physical, psychological, mental, and spiritual. He discovered that by harmonizing the vital energy of an individual, the intelligence of the body initiates a process of self-regulation. Understanding this energy and knowing the networks followed by this same energy allows us to act on energy imbalances to restore optimal circulation and thus promote a return to balance. This holistic energy approach is based largely on the theory of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. These elements make up the body at the vibratory level; they are linked to the chakras and largely conveyed by the nervous system. As each element has a physical, psychological, and energetic correspondence, polarity is in contact with all these levels. The goal of polarity is to harmonize the energy circulation by connecting the negative, neutral, and positive poles through the presence of the hands. The overflow of energy from one region will then be attracted to the other pole, releasing certain blockages if needed. When the energy balances, the person benefits from greater vitality! Polarity offers the client energetic support and the opportunity to fully inhabit their body. It is a subtle way to relax, listen of oneself and take charge of essential matters. For the massage therapist, this gentle approach is an opportunity to rest his hands and arms while taking care of his clients. Polarity does not in any way replace the advice of a physician or psychologist. It is not intended to treat or restore a health impairment. It acts as an accompaniment of the person.
