Energy approach

Thai oil massage – Level 1

Also called "Nuad Naman", Thai oil massage is an energetic approach from Thailand. It is in a way the cousin of Thai yoga massage (Nuad Boran) and Ayurvedic massage. The main feature of this technique is the work on the energy lines (sen lines) with oil, combined with pressure on specific points (acupressure points) and the integration of certain mobilizations. This level 1 course is an introduction that allows the student to become familiar with the fundamentals of Thai oil massage, to explore and master different techniques of touch as well as simple, precise, and effective movements which are specific to this type of massage.
